MOUNT HOLLY, NJ – September 18, 2020 – David Richter, the Republican nominee for Congress in New Jersey’s Third District, announced today that he has received the endorsement of the Burlington County Republican Women (BCRW).
“The Burlington County Republican Women are proud to endorse David Richter in the race against radical liberal Andy Kim in the Third Congressional District. While Andy parades around the Third District pretending to be a moderate, his actions in DC tell another story. From lying about voting for Nancy Pelosi, to his membership in the Progressive Caucus, Andy Kim is out of touch with our neighbors. We need someone who will actually stand with us on the issues that matter, and that’s David Richter,” said BCRW President Velina Marie Riggi.
Richter added, “I am honored to receive the endorsement and support of the Burlington County Republican Women. This is one of the most important elections of our lifetime, and with our growing support in Burlington County, I am confident we will make Andy Kim a one-term congressman. These women are ready to fight for the issues that matter to them the most, and I look forward to standing with them as we flip this seat back to red.”
Richter is the former CEO of global construction management firm Hill International. During his time at the company, Hill grew from a struggling family business with less than 300 employees into a successful public company with more than 4,300 employees. A lifelong Republican, Richter grew up in and has spent most of his life living and working in the Third District. He earned two bachelor’s degrees and a law degree from Penn as well as master’s degrees from Oxford and Harvard. Richter and his wife Michelle, who have been married for 20 years, are the parents of four teenage daughters.
